The following, which was moved to the bottom of the calendar (page

      "An Act relating to the amount appropriated for power cost                                                                
      equalization; relating to the use of certain unexpended earnings                                                          
      from the power cost equalization endowment fund; and providing

Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                                                         
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
HCS CSSB 196(FIN) was later taken up under recision.
